Full-time

Duties include:

- Provide Guest Service, including check-in, check-out and cashiering

- Book reservations and communicate with Owners/Guests

- Operate property telephone and radio systems

- Communicate services between Departments

- Act as Emergency Response Coordinator

- Communicate with Owners/Guests

- Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines

 

The successful candidate must have

- Excellent communication, computer and problem-solving skills

- Flexible schedule and  ability to work as a team with Aloha spirit

 

 

Maintenance Manager

Duties include:

- Coordinate general and preventive maintenance of buildings, units,

   property and equipment

- Maintain Department budget and supplies inventory

- Obtain proposals for capital projects

- Respond to Owner/Guest requests

- Supervise Engineering Team

 

Position Requirements:

- Previous Management Experience required

- Experience in Appliance, Electrical and Plumbing Repairs,

  and General Construction required

- Previous experience with Homeowner AOAO preferred

- Must have excellent Organization and Communication Skills

 

Full-Time Position

Must be able to work flexible shifts (expected schedule Tuesday through Saturday)

House Attendant
Full-time and Part-time

Duties include:

- Cleaning windows, screens and lanai furniture and railings

- Cleaning office windows, high dusting

- Transporting and sorting linens

- Cleaning barbecue grills and maintaining propane levels

- Following all COVID safety, cleaning and sanitizing procedures

- Miscellaneous owner/guest requests

- Other duties as assigned

 

Position Requirements:

- Previous experience preferred

- Ability to bend, twist, lift, carry up to 40 lbs on a regular and continuing basis

- Ability to push/pull 150 lb cart

- Ability to act as a team player

- Ability to communicate effectively and with Aloha Spirit

 

One Full-time and one Part-time Position with Benefits

Must be available Thurs/Fri/Sat

 

 

Room Attendant
Part-time and Causal

Duties include:

- Clean units daily according to standards

- Follow all safety, cleaning and sanitation procedures

- Insure Owner/Guest safety and security

- Maintain supply cart

- Work closely with other departments

 

Position Requirements:

- Previous experience preferred

- Ability to bend, twist, lift, carry up to 40 lbs on a regular and continuing basis

- Ability to push/pull 100 lb cart

- Ability to act as a team player

- Ability to communicate effectively and with Aloha Spirit

 

Four Part-time or Causal Positions
(Part-time includes full Benefits, must be available Thurs/Fri/Sat)

 

 

Security Officer
Casual

Duties include:

- Regular patrols of property

- Enforcing House and Pool rules

- Assist Owners, Guests and Associates

- Investigate all incidents and submit reports

- Act as First Responder in emergency situations

 

Position Requirements:

- Previous security experience preferred

- Previous hotel/resort experience preferred

- Experience interacting with public

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must pass AED/CPR/Security certification
